Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Welcome to Mrs Bouquet Design. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of mrsbouquet.design and to purchases and bookings made with us.

Please read these terms before placing an order or booking a service.

1. About Us

Mrs Bouquet Design provides artificial funeral flowers, floral arrangements, home fragrance products and event-decoration hire.

For enquiries about these terms or an order, please contact:

Email: enquiries@mrsbouquet.design
Website: mrsbouquet.design

2. Using Our Website

You must use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users’ information.

You must be aged 18 or over to place an order or make a booking.

Information you provide when ordering or contacting us must be accurate and complete.

3. Our Products and Services

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and service information are accurate.

Many of our floral arrangements are individually prepared. Slight variations in appearance, positioning and colour may occur. Colours displayed on your screen may also differ from the actual product.

Where individual flowers or decorative materials are unavailable, we may use suitable alternatives of a similar style and value while maintaining the overall appearance of the arrangement.

If a proposed change would materially alter an agreed design or specification, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders and Bookings

Placing an order or submitting a booking request does not automatically mean it has been accepted.

Your order or booking is accepted when we confirm acceptance and the required payment has been successfully received. An automated acknowledgement of your request does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.

If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you. Any payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

Please check all details carefully before submitting an order, particularly delivery addresses, required dates and personalised wording.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable delivery charges and other compulsory charges will be disclosed before you commit to an order.

Prices may change, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.

If we discover a pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you with the correct price. You can choose whether to proceed or cancel and receive a refund of any payment made.

Payment must be received as agreed before an order or booking is confirmed.

6. Personalised and Bespoke Orders

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of names, dates, messages, colour choices and other personalisation instructions you provide.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will explain whether changes are still possible and whether any additional costs apply before proceeding.

Cancellation rights may differ for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

7. Delivery

Available delivery arrangements, charges and estimated times will be communicated during checkout or when arranging your order.

If your order is required for a funeral or another specific occasion, please make this clear before ordering. A particular delivery date is guaranteed only where we expressly agree to it.

Please provide a complete and accurate address, recipient details and any necessary delivery instructions.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery, reasonable redelivery charges may apply. We will explain any additional charge before arranging redelivery.

If delivery is delayed, we will communicate with you and explain the available options. Your statutory rights relating to late delivery remain unaffected.

For consumer orders, goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them, subject to applicable law.

8. Event-Decoration Hire

The items included, hire period, delivery or collection arrangements, and any setup services will be confirmed when your booking is agreed.

Any deposit, cancellation conditions, return requirements or potential additional charges must be disclosed before you commit to the booking.

You must take reasonable care of hired items and return them as agreed. Hired items remain the property of Mrs Bouquet Design.

Any charges for loss, damage or late return must be reasonable and consistent with the terms agreed for your booking. You will not be responsible for fair wear and tear.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for details of how to request a cancellation, return or refund.

Where applicable, consumers purchasing standard goods online generally have a statutory period in which to cancel. Exceptions may apply, including to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these terms or our Returns and Refunds Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Home Fragrance Products

Reed diffusers and room fragrance sprays are optional products that complement our floral collection.

Always follow the instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with each product.

Keep fragrance products out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest them, and avoid contact with eyes. Follow the product label regarding placement, surface protection and any flammability precautions.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, branding, photographs, graphics and designs on this website belong to Mrs Bouquet Design or are used with permission.

You may browse the website for personal use. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially use our original content without prior written permission.

12. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfil an order or booking.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.

This does not remove any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.

14. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience.

We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us or place an order.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

The version in effect when your order or booking is accepted will apply to that order or booking unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

17. Contact and Complaints

If you have a question, concern or complaint, please email enquiries@mrsbouquet.design.

Include your order or booking reference, if available, and a description of the issue so we can investigate and respond.
